TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the m1llion.au website (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from m1llion™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing, registering on, or placing an order through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to m1llion™, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer or user of the Site.
Acceptance of Terms and Changes
By using our Site or purchasing any products from us, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions (including our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference). We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our Site. Any changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after we post updated Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.
Products, Pricing and Availability
Our products are offered for personal, non commercial use only. We strive to describe all items accurately and ensure they are fit for their intended purpose. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable or out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer you a choice of a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All prices on our Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any applicable price or charge will be clearly shown to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. We may occasionally offer promotional discounts (for example, a percentage off your first order for new subscribers). Such promotions apply only to full priced items and cannot be applied to past orders. Promotional offers may exclude certain product categories (e.g. sale items or accessories), cannot be combined with other discounts, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Orders & Payment Terms
You must pay for your order in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, and Afterpay (when available) as payment methods. All payments are processed securely through trusted third party payment gateways, and we do not store your complete card details on our systems. By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the payment information you provide is truthful and accurate.
Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders once payment is confirmed. Applicable shipping costs and an estimate of delivery time will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we will do our best to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services, customs clearance, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once your order is dispatched from our facility.
We ship orders within Australia and to select international destinations. For international shipments, you (the customer) are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. Our shipping rates and options may change over time, but any applicable shipping charges will always be clearly disclosed at checkout. Please note that if you decide to return a product due to change of mind (see Returns & Exchanges below), you will generally be responsible for the return postage costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. This means products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for their intended purpose. If a product you purchased has a major fault or defect, you are entitled to choose a refund or a replacement. If the issue is minor, we will, at our discretion, repair the item or replace it with an identical or comparable item. Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under the ACL.
In addition to your rights under consumer law, we offer a change of mind return policy for eligible products. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item to us within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@m1llion.au with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide you with return instructions. Unless the product is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to change of mind. These include sale or clearance items, intimate apparel (underwear or swimwear), custom made or personalised products, and gift cards, unless the item is faulty or otherwise protected by consumer law. We reserve the right to refuse a change of mind return if the item returned does not meet the above conditions.
If you request an exchange for a different size or item, we will accommodate the exchange subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer you a refund or a store credit, as you prefer. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned item for refunds or credits to be processed (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Gift Cards & Competitions
If we offer gift cards, they are typically valid for one ( 1 ) year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are treated as cash: they are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are also not exchangeable for other gift cards, and any unused balance will remain on the card until it is spent or expires.
From time to time, we may run promotional contests, competitions, or customer giveaways (for example, a prize draw for customers who leave a review). These promotions will have their own specific terms and conditions which will be made available when the promotion is announced. Unless otherwise stated, any prizes or rewards (such as gift cards or discount codes) obtained from competitions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Warranties & Consumer Guarantees
In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to a product, all goods sold on our Site come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We will honor all our obligations under the ACL. Any voluntary warranties or guarantees that we offer are provided in addition to your legal rights. They do not limit or replace your rights under the ACL. For example, even if a product issue arises outside of a warranty period, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under consumer law if the product fails to meet the consumer guarantee standards.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, button icons, and software, is the property of m1llion™ or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site’s content without our prior written consent. The name m1llion™ and all related logos or designs are our trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), and no license or right is granted for you to use them.
Use of the Site & Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning smoothly at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, we may need to suspend or restrict access to the Site temporarily, for example, to perform maintenance, update content, or address technical issues. We will try to limit downtime, but we are not liable if the Site is unavailable for any period. Similarly, our Site may include links to external websites or resources for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from those third-party sites, and your use of those sites is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, m1llion™ and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages that result from your use of our Site or your purchase of any products from us. This includes, for example, any loss of profit, loss of data, or damage to goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If we are found liable for any direct loss or damage arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, our aggregate liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question or the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your rights under consumer law, your consumer law rights will prevail.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless m1llion™ and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise out of or relate to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account or your use of the Site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products through the Site are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the courts of Victoria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state. If you are a consumer residing outside of Victoria, you may also have certain rights to bring actions in the country or state where you reside, but nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any such rights you might have under local law.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of rights by m1llion™ must be in writing; if we do not enforce a provision in one instance, it does not mean we will not enforce it in the future.
