Shipping & Returns Domestic (Australia)

We ship all orders from Melbourne, VIC. Once your order is placed, please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 –14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5 -9 business days

All domestic orders come with tracking info via email once shipped.

International Shipping

We ship globally from the streets of Melbourne to wherever you are in the world. Please allow 12 – 15 business days for processing international orders.

Estimated delivery time: 6 - 10 business days depending on location and service chosen. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on the move.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem.

We offer 14 day returns on all full priced items. If it's not what you expected, send it back just make sure it’s:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

To initiate a return: Email us at info@m1llion.au with your order number and reason for return.

Sale items and accessories are final sale and non refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via info@m1llion.au If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
